The Help Center launched, Feeds got easier to reach, and Threads got location tagging

The public Help Center launched, feed-related navigation became easier to use, and connected Threads accounts got location tagging.

By FeedMansion Team

This period brought a few visible improvements in both the app and the public site.

What changed

  • The content calendar started showing external platform posts, not just internally scheduled content.
  • For connected Threads accounts, location tagging became available, and Meta account-linking flows gave clearer guidance about tester access and missing permissions. See Connecting social accounts and Tester access.
  • The public Help Center launched with bilingual pages and stronger links from the app and site.
  • Feed items became easier to reach, with a top-level Feeds entry and a more direct item-detail flow.

Availability notes

  • Analytics work continued in this period, but it was only available internally to testers, not to normal users.
  • Instagram Story support existed underneath, but a full Story selector was not yet available in the UI.
  • Before Meta App Review approval, Meta posting was not yet broadly available to normal users.
  • This tester-only limitation applied to Meta surfaces, not to platforms such as X, Bluesky, Mastodon, or LinkedIn.
  • Twitter/X analytics was not broadly available by the end of this period.
