Good news. Meta has approved our app review. You can now link your Threads, Instagram, and Facebook accounts and publish posts without being added as a tester.
The analytics feature (viewing stats, impressions, engagement data) still requires tester access while we wait for Meta to approve additional permissions.
What works for everyone
- Link accounts - Connect your Threads, Instagram, and Facebook accounts directly
- Publish posts - Schedule and publish content to these platforms
- Manage content - Create drafts, review, and schedule posts
What requires tester access
- View analytics - See impressions, engagement, follower growth, and performance stats
This is temporary. Once Meta approves the additional permissions, analytics will work for all users.
Which platforms are affected?
- Threads, Instagram, Facebook - analytics feature requires tester access (additional permissions pending Meta App Review)
- YouTube Shorts - linking and posting still requires tester access (pending Google API approval)
Platforms like Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) have full analytics available and are not affected.
How to get analytics access
For Threads, Instagram, or Facebook analytics
We need to add you as a tester on each platform separately. Meta sends a separate tester invite per product, so please send us the matching identifier for every platform you want analytics on:
- Threads: your Threads username (e.g. @yourname)
- Instagram: your Instagram username (e.g. @yourname)
- Facebook: your Facebook user ID (a number you can find at facebook.com/settings under "Your Facebook Information")
One identifier is not enough to cover multiple platforms. If you want analytics on all three, we need all three. Only asking for Instagram analytics? Just the Instagram username is fine.
You'll then receive a tester invite per platform you asked for, and you need to accept each invite before analytics works on that platform.
How to request analytics tester access

We typically add testers within a few hours during business days.
For YouTube Shorts linking and posting
We need:
- The email address of the Google account that owns your YouTube channel

After you've been added
Meta platforms (Threads, Instagram, Facebook analytics)
Once we add you as a tester, Meta sends you an invite for each product you asked for (Threads, Instagram, and Facebook are three separate invites on Meta). You need to accept each invite and then reconnect your account in FeedMansion before analytics starts working:
- Check your email or Meta notifications for one invite per platform
- Accept each tester invite
- In FeedMansion, go to Social Accounts and click Reconnect on each account you want analytics on. This re-runs the connection with the analytics permissions that tester access unlocks. Your existing post history and scheduled posts stay in place.
- Open the Analytics page. The "Analytics not available for this account" banner on each Meta account should disappear and stats start populating.
Your posts and account linking already worked before. This flow only unlocks the analytics permissions.
YouTube Shorts
Once we add your Google account, you can connect your YouTube channel right away. No separate invitation to accept.
What happens next
Once Meta approves the additional analytics permissions, the tester requirement goes away. All users will be able to view analytics directly. We will remove the analytics-only notices from the app at that point.
