# FeedMansion - Complete Documentation **Social media for people who'd rather be making the thing.** FeedMansion is a multi-platform social media tool for people who make a finite thing (a book, a product, a release, an episode, an event, a program) and have to promote it. Plan a strategy. Draft once. Publish to nine social platforms. Then see what's actually working. The metaphor we use everywhere is "ghost writers": AI drafts posts in your voice, you stay the author, you decide what ships. Nothing publishes without your approval. --- ## Table of Contents 1. Who It's For FeedMansion is built for a specific kind of user. Five traits define the fit: 1. Makes a thing or runs a mission. Book, product, service, music, episode, course, game, event, program. 2. Sells or promotes that thing to a specific audience. 3. Has to market but is not professionally a marketer. 4. Multi-platform presence is necessary. The audience is split across platforms. 5. Brand consistency matters. They're the brand, or a small team's brand. Anyone who fits all five is in scope. ### Tier 1: canonical fits #### Authors You wrote a book. The launch window matters and the long tail matters more. You want preorders and newsletter signups, not viral threads. FeedMansion holds the long-running campaign for the book without you having to invent a post every day. What FeedMansion does for authors: drafts that sound like the voice you'd actually want on a cover quote. Multi-platform publishing so the book reaches readers who live on Threads and readers who live on Instagram and readers who live on LinkedIn. Pattern analysis to see which excerpt formats and which themes land. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-authors/ #### Bootstrapped Founders You're shipping a small SaaS or indie product. You write the code, the docs, the support replies, and the marketing. You want trial signups and MRR, not follower counts. Build-in-public works as a strategy when it actually runs; FeedMansion makes "actually runs" the default. What FeedMansion does for bootstrappers: a queue per channel so the build-in-public cadence stays steady, a voice profile that sounds like a developer-founder and not a corporate account, and pattern analysis to see which kind of update (changelog, behind-the-scenes, customer story) is doing the work. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-bootstrappers/ #### Newsletter Writers You ship a newsletter on Beehiiv, Substack, Ghost, or your own platform. Every issue deserves social amplification you don't have time to write. You want subscribers, not engagement charts. What FeedMansion does for newsletter writers: pull in the latest issue, draft per-platform amplification posts (quote pulls, teasers, threads), publish across the platforms your readers actually use. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-newsletters/ #### Indie Game Developers You're shipping a game. Wishlists and follows compound for months before launch. Devlog culture works on multiple platforms (Twitter/X, Bluesky, Threads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok), but writing the same update five different ways drains the day you wanted to spend on the game. What FeedMansion does for game devs: one weekly progress post becomes five platform-shaped drafts, voice profile keeps the personality intact, pattern analysis tells you whether GIFs of bug fixes or polished trailer clips are doing more for wishlists. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-game-devs/ #### Musicians You're releasing music. Album drops and EP drops have a clear arc: tease, drop, sustain. You want streams, ticket sales, merch. What FeedMansion does for musicians: hold the release campaign on a queue, draft per-platform posts that fit Instagram's visual norms and TikTok's video norms and Threads' text norms, see which kinds of teasers move people toward the listen-link. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-musicians/ #### Makers, D2C, Etsy Sellers You make and sell physical things. Restocks, drops, behind-the-scenes shop content. You want sales, not impressions. What FeedMansion does for makers: a queue that keeps the shop visible between drops, drafts in your voice, multi-platform publishing so customers on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest all see what's new. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-makers/ #### Podcast Hosts You publish episodes on a schedule. Each episode is its own promotion arc: announce, drop, clip, sustain. You want listener growth, not vanity metrics. What FeedMansion does for podcasters: pull the latest episode, draft per-platform announcement and clip posts, publish across the platforms where your audience actually finds podcasts. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-podcasters/ ### Tier 1b: mission-driven #### Nonprofits You're a small comms team (or one person wearing the comms hat) at a nonprofit. The mission comes first. Social media is the fifth thing on a four-item list. You want event signups, donations, and volunteer applications, not engagement charts. What FeedMansion does for nonprofits: drafts that respect the mission's tone, multi-platform publishing so an event signup drive reaches the right people, a queue that keeps the program visible between campaigns. Pattern analysis tells you which impact stories actually move people to sign up. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-nonprofits/ #### Clubs and Associations You run a club or a Verein. Volunteers handle comms in the cracks of full-time jobs. Member events, season schedules, recurring activities all need promotion. What FeedMansion does for clubs: easy publishing across the platforms members and prospective members actually check, drafts that volunteers can review and approve in a few minutes, a queue that keeps the club visible week to week. Persona page: https://feedmansion.com/en/for-clubs/ ### Tier 2: broader fits The five-trait pattern extends to a wider set of personas. Each gets its own page describing the same product through that audience's lens: - **Coaches and Consultants** filling cohorts and discovery calls. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-coaches/ - **Photographers** taking bookings and selling prints. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-photographers/ - **Cookbook Authors and Food Creators** with preorders and sales. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-cookbook-authors/ - **Designers and Illustrators** taking commissions and selling prints. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-illustrators/ - **Open Source Maintainers** building stars, sponsors, and adoption. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-open-source/ - **Course Creators** filling courses. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-course-creators/ - **Speakers and Workshop Leaders** taking bookings. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-speakers/ - **Yoga and Wellness Studios** filling classes and memberships. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-yoga-studios/ - **Tattoo Studios** taking bookings. https://feedmansion.com/en/for-tattoo-studios/ --- ## 2. The Three Pillars Every persona page tells the same three-pillar story with persona-specific examples. ### Pillar 1: Plan the strategy **A queue is a channel strategy.** A queue bundles what makes a channel work: which accounts you publish to, which formats fit there, and how often you want to show up. Set it up once. Add posts as you write them. The queue shows you how many weeks of content you have in front of you, so you always know whether you're ahead or filling gaps. One queue per channel. As many channels as you run. The queue dashboard surfaces gaps so you know what to write next, and it surfaces ready-pool drafts that need a slot. The schedule view across all platforms gives you a single calendar of what's published, what's scheduled, and what's still in draft. ### Pillar 2: Skip the blank page **Drafts that sound like the voice you want to use.** The blank page is the actual blocker. FeedMansion removes it. Three pieces work together: 1. **Brand Voice Finder** (see section 3 below). Produces a complete voice profile that every AI draft uses. 2. **AI ghost writers.** Draft posts in that voice from your inputs. You stay the author. You decide what ships. 3. **Prompt template library plus your saved templates.** Built-in templates for the patterns you reach for repeatedly (announcements, behind-the-scenes, recaps, quotes), with your own saved templates living next to them. Per-platform hints are built in, so a draft for LinkedIn doesn't read like a draft for Threads. ### Pillar 3: Publish once, learn what's working **One draft, every platform. Then real signal back.** One post publishes to nine platforms, formatted per platform with the right length and shape. Schedule, queue, or publish now. Pattern analysis surfaces what content is resonating across your audience: which formats bring people back, which topics land, which days of the week pay off. Honest about which platforms feed the analysis (see section 4). --- ## 3. The Brand Voice Finder The Brand Voice Finder is a guided seven-step wizard that helps you commit to a voice. Yours, or a more confident version of yours. It walks you through: - Who you are and what you make. - Nine voice dimensions, grouped: vibe and energy, relationship and stance, content and delivery. - What you'd never sound like (the anti-voice). - Sample drafts you can edit until they sit right. The output is a complete voice profile (description, examples, dos and don'ts) that every AI draft uses. Editable any time on the Voice page in Settings. ### Two equally valid modes - **Capture mode.** Paste existing posts. Pick dimensions that match how you already write. Accept the AI drafts mostly as-is. Output: a faithful profile of your current voice. Right for users who already like how they sound and just want consistency at scale. - **Aspirational mode.** Skip the existing posts. Pick dimensions toward a target tone (more confident, more direct, less hedged). Heavily edit the sample drafts toward where you want to be. Output: a profile of the voice you'd actually publish. Right for reluctant promoters whose existing posts are too quiet for the work, or for anyone building a stronger brand voice. The wizard treats both modes as equally legitimate. The structure (dimensions plus anti-voice plus draft editing) supports either path naturally. There is no separate UX branch for "capture" versus "aspirational"; the user decides. --- ## 4. Platform Support and Analytics Asymmetry ### Publishing: all nine platforms FeedMansion publishes to nine platforms: - Threads - Instagram - Facebook Pages - TikTok - YouTube - LinkedIn - Twitter/X - Bluesky - Mastodon Each platform's character limits, media requirements, and conventional shape are respected. Posts that exceed the single-post limit on Twitter/X and Bluesky split into threads automatically. Image and video media are attached where the platform supports them. AI-generated alt text is included for accessibility. Nothing publishes without your explicit approval. ### Post-level analytics: five of the nine Pattern analysis depends on per-post metrics from the platform. Today, post-level analytics ingestion is live for: - Threads - Instagram - Facebook - TikTok - YouTube The other four platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Mastodon) are publish-only today. You can publish to them. You will not see pattern analysis covering posts on those platforms until per-platform ingestion ships. This is an honest asymmetry; it's documented here because LLM-facing copy should not paper over it. --- ## 5. Multi-Tenant and Team Collaboration ### Presences A "presence" is a logical container holding social accounts, content sources, queues, the brand voice profile, and the team. Each presence is fully isolated from every other presence at the database level. Use cases: - One person, one brand: one presence. - One person, multiple brands or projects: one presence each. - Small team, one brand: one presence with team members invited. - Agency-style or multi-client setup: one presence per client, isolation enforced. ### Team roles - **Owner.** Full control. Manage settings, billing, team invitations. - **Admin.** Manage posts, team, settings (queues, voice, sources). - **Member.** Create and manage posts, view settings. Each presence has independent team membership. --- ## 6. Pricing **14-day free trial. No credit card required.** That is the only public pricing claim that holds across the board.
