Terms of Service

1. Scope

By using FeedMansion, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1.1 Changes to these Terms

Material changes (e.g., changes to service scope, liability, or pricing) require your explicit consent. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and ask you to consent to the new Terms in the app. If you decline or do not consent within 60 days, the contract ends. You will receive a pro-rata refund for prepaid periods and 30 days for data export.

Non-material changes (e.g., clarifications, corrections, new contact details) may be made with 30 days advance notice via email. Without objection within 30 days, these are deemed accepted. We will inform you of these consequences in the change notification.

2. Account

2.1 Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this contract. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2.2 Cancellation and Deletion

There is no minimum contract term. You may cancel your subscription at any time (effective at the end of the billing period) and delete your account through account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material Terms violations, abuse, or non-payment.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Price changes are announced with 30 days notice. Current quotas are on our pricing page.

4. Usage Rules

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or infringe third-party rights
• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate terms of connected social media platforms
• Circumvent usage quotas or technical limitations
• Resell the Service without permission

5. Content and Responsibility

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your content. By uploading to our platform and connecting sources (RSS feeds, calendars, etc.), you grant us a license to process, store, and publish to social media platforms on your behalf.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated drafts may contain errors. You are responsible for all content you approve and publish – whether AI-generated or manually created. Review before publishing is your responsibility.

5.3 Our Content

All rights to the FeedMansion platform remain with us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third parties for AI generation, payment processing, and social media integrations. When you connect social media accounts, you authorize us to post on your behalf. Details in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service and Availability

We operate the Service with industry-standard care and target 99% availability. Report issues to support@feedmansion.com. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

For consumers: Your statutory rights remain unaffected. For business users: Claims require reporting within 14 days.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and under product liability law.

We are limitedly liable for slightly negligent breach of material obligations, capped at foreseeable, contract-typical damages and the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

We exclude liability, to the extent permitted by law and not covered by the preceding paragraphs, for: damages from AI content published without your review, suspension of your social media accounts by third parties, and lost profits.

9. Indemnification

Business users indemnify us from third-party claims arising from culpable violations of these Terms or applicable law. For consumers, this applies only where you are at fault.

10. Disputes and Law

German law applies. For EU consumers, more favorable mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence remain applicable.

Jurisdiction for business users: Saarbrücken, Germany. For consumers: Statutory jurisdictions apply.

EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

11.2 Contract Language

The contract language is German. This English version is for information only; in case of conflict, the German version prevails.

11.3 Text Form

Cancellations, withdrawals, and other legally relevant declarations require text form (email is sufficient). No oral side agreements exist.

11.4 Storage of Contract Text

The contract text is available on our website. The legally binding German version is at feedmansion.com/de/agb/. This English translation is at feedmansion.com/en/terms/. We recommend saving or printing the contract text. Changes are communicated per Section 1.

11.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
