Some of FeedMansion's platform integrations are currently going through app review. Until the reviews are approved, only users who have been added as testers can connect and use these platforms.
This is a temporary limitation. Once the reviews are approved, anyone can connect their accounts without being a tester first.
Which platforms are affected?
- Threads, Instagram, Facebook - pending Meta App Review
- YouTube Shorts - pending Google API approval
Platforms like Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) are not affected and can be connected by anyone.
What you need to provide
For Threads, Instagram, or Facebook
We need to add you as a tester on each platform separately. Please provide the usernames for the platforms you want to use:
- Threads: Your Threads username (e.g. @yourname)
- Instagram: Your Instagram username (e.g. @yourname)
- Facebook: Your Facebook user ID (a number you can find at facebook.com/settings under "Your Facebook Information")
For YouTube Shorts
We need:
- The email address of the Google account that owns your YouTube channel
How to request tester access
Send us a message with your account details at hello@feedmansion.com.
We typically add testers within a few hours during business days.
After you've been added
Meta platforms (Threads, Instagram, Facebook)
Once we add you as a tester, you will receive an invitation from Meta. You need to accept the invitation before the connection will work:
- Check your email or notifications for a message from Meta
- Accept the tester invitation
- Go to FeedMansion and connect your account
If you already connected your account before being added as a tester, you may need to disconnect and reconnect it.
YouTube Shorts
Once we add your Google account, you can connect your YouTube channel right away. No separate invitation to accept.
What happens after app review
Once the reviews are approved, the tester requirement goes away entirely. All users will be able to connect these platforms directly. We will remove the limited access notices from the app at that point.
