What to do when connecting a social media account to FeedMansion doesn't work as expected.

When you connect a social account, FeedMansion opens a popup window where you log in to the platform and grant permissions. If something goes wrong during this process, try the steps below.

The login screen freezes or won't load

Some platforms (especially X/Twitter) can have issues when you're logged into multiple accounts in the same browser. The login screen may hang or become unresponsive.

Fix: Open a private/incognito window, log into FeedMansion there, and connect your account. Once the connection is saved, you can close the private window and continue using FeedMansion in your normal browser — the connected account will be there.

Your browser may block the login popup. Look for a blocked-popup indicator in your browser's address bar and allow popups for FeedMansion.
